I still feel nauseous, and my stomach fails at life. But I sorta need to go to school, as I can't afford to miss that much. :/ Blargh. The thing that sucks is that I felt perfect on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Then suddenly today, which we had off, I felt horrible again. @_@

gfdolkgfdg. Owww, my uterus hates me. I woke up maybe 20 minutes ago writhing in pain. @_@ And there's no midol. And I have to go to school in 4 hours and haven't slept but 3. Ugh. I hope my uterus stops being a bitch within 20 mins, as I took some generic pain relief pills.. But, fuck. @_@ Am currently shivering under a blanket, doubled over and hating the fact that I can possibly bear children some day. ow. @_@

LoM and Shipping

While randomly looking for some shippy LoM fic, I realised that LoM is one of the only fandoms I have where I actually like all the characters. XD I mean, of course I hate some charries - but just because the viewers are honestly supposed to. I don't hate any for not being believable as a person - examples of this are Rose from DW, or Katara from Avatar.

But in LoM I ship nearly everyone equally - from canon ships like Sam/Annie, to crack ones like Vic/Chris. :B

*still wants to see a fic of Vic/Chris. XDD* 'Cause I'm a shallow fangirl and like the pretty, and like the idea of Sam finding out and.. well. It'd be interesting. There's the mental image of Chris giving Vic a blowjob snogging in some alley outside of a club - like half the fics are set in, right? - and Sam for some reason walking into said alley and being all, " .. CHRIS?", then realising that the other person is Vic.. and.. well.. Poor Sammeh, or lucky Sammeh. .. Haha, even better if Sam had been lusting after Chris a bit ( But really, who doesn't? :B).

Soo. Anyway. Just making a list of ships from LoM that I like, and listing why. <3

Sam/Gene - Such an obvious one. XDD What with all the slamming against walls, cabinets, anything! :B T'is always a good ship. <3
Sam/Annie - Canon but adorable. xD I don't really like to read it in angsty fics, but in fluffy fics it's just adorable. :B
Sam/Chris - .. I really ship Sam with everyone, too. Hehe. So, mainly I luffle this 'cause.. Well, I luffle Chris. C'mon, he does have the whole hero-worship thing for Sam. XD Follows him around like a little puppy. T'is a very versatile ship - can be angsty, fluffy, or anything very easily.
Sam/Ray - .. Well, I read a few fics of this today and.. I like it. D: Not as a working relationship, really, at all, but more of a, "Onoes, I can't get Chris! D:" from Ray's POV, and the same but with Gene for Sam's POV. Hehe.
Chris/Ray - Oddly enough, this is my fluffy ship for Chris. XD I think it's 'cause both of them are just so adorable in the scenes they're in together, and I just luffle the mental image of Chris and Ray snuggling. :BB The fluff is addicting. But aww, maybe they can be cuddling on the floor of CID because.. uhh.. there was a big power outage and.. somehow they're stuck in there - snow storm? - and it's cold and everyone is huddling together. :B
Chris/Vic - My most crack ship for LoM that I can think of at the moment. But.. mainly it's just for the pretty. 'Cause I really adore Vic and Chris, so putting them together would be logical. <3 Plus, I like the idea of Sam being sorta of a.. mentor, or something, to Chris, and then finding out.. XD Hehe. Awkwaaaard. "HI, CHRIS. :D YEAH, IT'S SAM CALLING. Oh, no, not about work.... ... yeah, sorta about you .. and my dad.. er... Vic, I mean Vic." "...? >____>;;; ohfuckhow'dyoufindout... You're not gonna tell Ray, are you?" ".. Why would I tell Ray? o_0;" ".. errm.." ".. ohhhh. o_o" ".. plztobenottellinghim?"
But yeah.. Vic is just such an awesome charry, and he needs to be in much more fic. And I really have a vague hope that he'll be in A2A.. 'cause that'd be so good. It'd link the series more, and.. well, he's just a good character. @3@ ( Plus, it'd give more options for possible Chris/Vic! 8DDD)

Soyeah. This is mainly to fill up a few minutes until House airs, and just to try and quell lack of LoM fic at the moment. <3~

Wheee. Updating here after I've been distracted for a bit - when I really should be asleep if I want to be in a coherent state tomorrow - on general happenings.

Well, I'm happy after seeing some pictures from the filming of Ashes to Ashes. Mainly because Chris doesn't have a mullet - something I was dreading. XD I'm not sure what his hair is, but it's not the mullet of evil that I was half expecting. Just to piss off the fans. On a related note, Ray in the pictures I've seen looks like an 80's porn star. I'm not quite sure if that is terribly frightening, or amazingly awesome. Possibly an amalgam of both, really?

So anyway, Avatar season three isss.... 8 days away! Tomorrow at school I can run around saying SEVEN DAAAAYS. :D And for once, it'll be relevant to my interests!

Oh god. Over the weekend and into this week I've been trying to watch The War Games when I've nothing else better to do.. And it's so long. I love it so far, but.. seriously. Four and a half hours. D: If it was the summer, I'd be able to do that easily. Well, possibly. Maybe at 3 AM, so my ADD-ness would be tempered by the realms of half-sleep.

The War Games is pretty interesting, though. I mean, I'm not much of a WWI buff - I much prefer the 40's, just 'cause it's a lot easier to relate to - but that episode makes me somewhat interested in it. I was about to type that we need a current DW episode with Tenny that takes place during WWI.. but then I remembered Family of Blood and Human Nature, and I figure that's the closest we're going to get.

So that just leaves the Doctor traveling back into the Battle of Culloden ( which I'm amazed I actually learned how to spell ) and running into Jamie! 8DD; That, or him traveling back years after it, and running into Jamie.. But see, the thing is, unless Jamie was pretty old, Frazer Hines couldn't play him. :< And unless they got an incredibly similar actor - not just in looks and stuff, but in mannerisms, and the whole nine yards.. he'd have to REEK of classicWho, really. - then it just wouldn't be right. Plus the whole issue about Jamie NEVER leaving the Doctor by his own will. Stupid Time Lords - minus the Doctor and the Master, for the most part.

I really wish to see an oldwho companion return - aside from Peri, Mel, and a few others, like Romana - that's not Sarah-Jane. XD; I mean, she's awesome.. But maaaybe Turlough? :B Though shame he wouldn't be in his nice school boy uniform. xDD But I guess sacrifices must be made.

.. Dude, I'd even enjoy TEGAN coming back! But her and Donna in the Tardis at the same time might cause it to explode from the bitchyness. Maybe the Doctor can run into an old companion - be it Turlough, Jamie, Tegan, whoever! - and Donna can make snide comments about them being the Doctor's boy/girlfriend that makes the fangirls squee with happiness in the truth of it all, in their own little canons. <3~~

Doctor: "Oh, um.. that's.. Jamie. I knew him a long time ago. When I was a different person, even."

Oh god. I shouldn't have spent so much time making this icon. But I'm proud of it. Chris looks spiffy in his very modern looking suit. XD I love the screencap that it is from. @3@ Yes, this is just an excuse to post it. 'Cause the damned logo took way too much time to edit. Plus having to attempt to make the 2 and the 6 basically from scratch.. @_@ But yeah. CHRIS IN 2006 FTW. He can get hit by a car and wake up in 2006, while Sammeh is still in the coma.. And then he eventually wakes up back in 1973, after maybe 4 months of 2006 or something.. OOH. HE COULD SO BEFRIEND MAYA. 8D And he'd hear HOSPITAL noises, too, just like poor Sam.

Hehe, when he wakes up he can be all, "OMG YOU WERE IN A COMA D: I VISITED YOU IN THE HOSPITAL! D:" to Sam.. ooh. And Sam could have heard his voice just once maybe coming from the TV/radio/whatever.. >33 While Chris was in the coma in 1973, but was also at Coma!Sam in 2006's hospital bed. o_o;

.. It'd get confusing.

The Master was gone, Jack had said. The Doctor had trapped him in a fob watch - his mind, at least. He wouldn’t harm anyone anymore.

Ianto wondered why he could still hear his voice. It spoke to him - echoed and distorted by a symphony of drum beats. A day or so after it was all over, Jack had repeated what the Doctor had said, that the Master was gone - that he wouldn’t hurt him again.

Ianto nodded silently in agreement. After all, it wasn’t hurting him if he enjoyed it.

Inside his mind - the part of it that always had the tattoo pounding out, the voice urging him foward - the Master whispered false comforting words.

Ianto, with a slight smile on his lips, went to make coffee.

He pushed Jack down - so the freak was kneeling on the ground, before him. As it should be. If only he had his laser screwdriver with him.. But, no matter. He’d have fun nonetheless. One hand in his pocket, feeling the broken stopwatch that resided there, he stared at Jack.

Jack stared back, defiant as always.

“So, freak - Master Ianto. Has a nice ring to it, doesn’t it?”

“I swear - whatever the hell you’ve done to Ianto..”

The Master smirked. Of course the captain didn’t understand - no matter how old the immortal grew, he’d never understand Time Lords. After all, he was only human.

“I’ve not done anything to your poor little Ianto. My lovely Lucy, however, has.”

He held up his hand - adorned by the distinctive ring. A brilliant piece of his work. A modified version of the Chameleon Arch.

Jack’s breath hitched when he caught sight of the ring.

“Martha is calling the Doctor. You’ll never get away with this. He’ll stop you again - just like last time.”

The Master laughed. It was a bitter laugh - laced with insanity, dripping with hatred.

“You think the Doctor can stop me? Just like he did last time - and yet, here I am! He must have done a pretty bad job of it.”

From the small office that they were in, they both heard the familiar drone of the TARDIS materializing in the main part of the Hub. The Master grinned widely, the expression feeling awkward in his current body. It would take some getting used to.

But for now.. Well, he had a plan to accomplish.

“Hello, Doctor.”

I reaaaallly wanna see 'Hornblower: Loyalty' now. D: Despite having not seen any of the other movies. XD My motive is of fangirlish nature. :B

.. Oh man, that adds to my 'list of people who DEFINATELY need to be in the Harry Potter movies'. So far it's John Simm and Paul McGann. :DD Both of them in the same one would be so lovely. XD I have no idea who either of them would be... hmmm.. o_o I shall have to think about it. :B

.. Oh, and I also wish that I could either listen to the 8th Doctor's - plus the 5th's -3-; - audio, or read his books, or SOMETHING. It's annoying that there was no more 8th Doctor videostuffs. :< I wish I had a TARDIS so I could go back in time and somehow make the TV Movie popular, so Eight would have gotten a series. BUT THEN WHAT WOULD HAPPEN TO NINE AND TEN? D: AND WOULD I GET EATEN BY REAPERS OR SOMETHING FOR SCREWING UP TIME? .. ahwell. It might almost be worth it for more Eight. :B

Omfg. D: I just watched the serial of Doctor Who, 'Earthshock'.. and it's sad at the end. T__T I didn't even like Adric - I barely saw any episodes with him, but he was a bit annoying, and just generally unlikable. XD But gaah. The credits being - instead of on the space-like ending with the happy sorta cheerful music - on Adric's broken badge, with no music is just really.. Iunno. Just sorta adds to the sadness.

Though it was his own dumbassery that got him killed. XD ADRIC, THERE IS A REASON YOU DO NOT HOP OUT OF AN ESCAPE POD JUST TO SEE IF YOU WERE RIGHT. HONESTLY. D<

I got to see Human Traffic just a bit ago.. and it's a good movie. o_o It's not something I'd normally watch, really, but since John Simm was in it, I got interested. It's convinced me that you could stick him in any role, even if I absolutely HATED the character, the show, and all it revolves around, and I'd still watch it and enjoy myself.

Me, of course, being a fangirl, started to snicker in the scene where Jip and Koop were talking at the party, and Jip mentioned 'needing a doctor'. Oh, and the whole thing with Koop's father reminded me so much of Sam Tyler. XD Oh, and also, are there any roles that Simm plays where he's not a bit touched in the head/on drugs? Seriously.

Bill in that one episode of Cracker ( Which I reaaaaally wanna see so much D: ) - from what I've seen of clips.. uhh.. bit crazy, yeah. But so adorable. @3@ I swear, he looks like he's younger than me at some parts, when he's actually about 25 when playing that.
And finally, Jip, who - when he's not on drugs - SEEMS like he's on drugs all the time! Though possibly the least psycho of the lot, which isn't really saying much.

I need to go and watch some other things that John Simm was in. :B I don't really wanna watch The Lakes, just 'cause the description on Wikipedia doesn't quite interest me. Eh. I'll pro'lly eventually end up viewing at least a part of it at sometime.

Oh, also, I watched Clockwork Orange earlier. It was good. XD It really seemed quite modern, and makes me wanna read the book. Mayhaps I'll be able to see if it's in any library 'round here sometime in the not-so-distant future. It'd be the first piece of literature that I've read in a long while that's not a fanfic. The movie.. left me in an odd mood. I mean, it's pretty disturbing. I don't care much about the nakedness of girls in some of it - I can see that if I look in a mirror, after all! - but the general idea of what they do to Alex is the disturbing part. The whole practical brainwashing, and all. Plus, throughout the movie, you're confused whether you're supposed to LIKE Alex, or dislike him. I mean, he's going around, assaulting people with his gang, raping that one lady and crippling her husband.. And yet, you somehow still like him. It could be because he's the narrator, and stuff but he's.. Charismatic, for lack of better terms. I can't really describe what about his personality makes him like-able - he just is! Though, hopefully I'll never meet anyone like him IRL. He is a psycho bastard after all, who glories in violence and stuff. Charismatic, yes, but still a psycho. :B

On a somewhat related note - movies and TV, that is - I'm annoyed at the current shows and movies coming out of the US. :< I mean, I've never been much interested in the reality shows, and stuff, where people fight to get crap and become popular - I don't wanna see REAL people bitch to each other, and just act horrible all for a few minutes of television, and maybe a crap record deal that eventually fails! I wanna see characters, who I know ( at least in this universe :B ) aren't real, they aren't actual people, so I can feel a liking for them that I just wouldn't get with real people in reality shows. Hell, though, most reality shows are definitely scripted.. :P. But, anyway, off that tangent and back onto another - US SHOWS AND MOVIES CURRENTLY SUCK.

"What, you want to go to the movie theater and see some good movie, sit away your life for an hour and a half to go to a different world? Sounds great! So, what's showing, then?"

"Oh, well, there's the Transformers movie - ya'know, not an original idea at all, just a remake of something that used to be popular with some parts of the culture, so let's cash in on it! Oh, and there's the next movie in that long long line of sequels, prequels, and whatever else we can feed to everyone! Ooooh, and what's this, the current book or comic to movie deal? MERCHANDISE! YAY! And of course we have some generic romantic comedy, which ends up being incredibly forgetable - what was that one's name again? Ah, doesn't matter much, anyway! Plus a few horror movies, just to show off how much quasi-realistic special effects we can do, and how AMAZINGLY bland we can show people and make them scared! How do those sound? Wanna go cash in, so you'll be able to talk to your friends about this BRILLIANT new movie, eh, alright? It'll be fun!"

Even the television shows don't really interest me. I mean, I used to watch Smallville. I loved it for so long, but then it just got.. bland. Lana grew to be a bitch, kept teasing Clark - who of course, being the teenaged Superman that he is, never actually got with her, 'cause he always has to go and cry and whine about how he can't get the one girl who he's <i>truuuuely</i> in love with! Then Lex got the girl instead! Clark bitches to Lex, and Lex retaliates against the Super-alien himself! What, so, they're gonna grow up to be enemies over a girl that they both liked? Is this Smallville Middle School, or something? Seriously. I would have liked it if Lana had died in the end of season 4. That season is when she started getting on my nerves.

Meh. Then there are other shows that everyone talked about for a while, like Heroes. I wanted to watch it, I really did.. but I got into the second episode, and it was just BORING. I mean, the characters were somewhat decent, compared to other shows I've sat through, and the plot is pretty interesting - all of them have these /powers/, and somehow, someway, they're all connected to each other. And yet.. it just was boring. I WANT TO KNOW HOW THEY CAN MAKE ALL OF THAT BORING. Seriously, that takes some amazing fail skills. :<

So, with the lack of decent movies and television shows in the US, I've had to start watching shows that are mostly aired on BBC, and mostly British made movies, as well. XD; For the most part, this applies to TV series'. I can't name a TV show now that I can honestly say I like quite a bit that's made in the US - one with real people. And even animation is getting to be trouble for me! I mean, the only animated show I currently like is Avatar - and as much as I love the show, the brilliance put into the big world that everyone there lives in, each character ( Katara aside, of course. ;D ), the fandom is utterly fail. I guess because it's a show that is on a channel like Nick or CN, which are more or less aimed strictly at children, despite the show being a bit above that.. But, c'mon. Please, 12 year olds of the world, listen here, to a fellow fangirl! I know you want the characters to fall in love, and get this perfect little romance where they run off, get married, stop the war, and have a bunch of happy little kids... But you're forgetting one thing! They're fucking kids and teenagers, for the most part. It's not likely that their relationship would last more than a few months, or less! Muchless them being able to fall in love at age 16 - despite a blatant hatred of each other's culture and nation, in many cases! - and just be able to run off and live happily ever after.

Avatar's fandom doesn't exist. It's just a big ocean full of ships, people crowding in one, trying to fit in, trying to keep themselves isolated from all the other ships, and waging war! You see someone who ships something different? MAN THE BATTLE STATIONS, FAN-BRATS! We're gonna fire our pretend canons at each other, bash each other using the most inane logic and horrible grammar, until we hate each other's guts! I mean, sure, there are a few good community-type places for Avvy.. though, I can only really name Capslock_ATLA as one, but I'm sure there are a lot more.. But it just doesn't have the same appeal as other fandoms. :/

I mean, Doctor Who especially, just has this really nice fandom. Life on Mars does, as well, though quite smaller, but DW is just.. Iunno. Is it a cause of the show being as old as it is? It tends to attract a wide variety of people, from old enough to remember when the First Doctor aired in black and white, to new younger-than-I fans, who saw Tenny on the most recent epi, and just fell right in love with him! And you can find nearly any ship, or community that you could dream of. Oh, you like Doctor/Doctor? Well, right, we've got just the place for you! Ooh, but you also like Master/Lucy? But still like Master/Doctor? Feel free to go wherever you wish - it's not like you've got to define yourself by any ship, after all! We're a mostly friendly, intelligent bunch, who typically won't flame you for nearly anything. Sure, maybe we'll get into a nerdy debate about LOOMS vs not-LOOMS, or whether Jack really is the Face of Boe, but it's mostly all in good fun!

It's just nice. :B Wow, that ended up being such a long rant.. but, I just needed to write it. XD I really want to get back into the Avatar fandom like I was before, but I don't think I can. It's not that I don't like the show, it's just like the entire fandom, for the most part, seems to be a bunch of fan-brats trying to ruin anyone who thinks differently than them's fun.

But, meh. <3 Here's to Season Three, and beyond! :B ( Oh, and also please to be showing Doctor Who S4, Torchwood S2, Ashes to Ashes, and stuff? Pretty please? I'll be waiting! :D )

I think I've been so spoiled by brilliant shows like Life on Mars, and Doctor Who that I've become very picky in what shows I'd think are really well made, and worthy of my 'oh-so precious free time'. xD

Reasoning for this little theory comes from the fact that I'm finally watching the first episode of Heroes - which I think I've watched part of before - and.. Iunno. I'm only around 30 minutes into it, but I don't like it much so far. o_o I suppose I'll end up watching a few more epis, and seeing if I like it more.. but.. It's not really anything specific about the show that I dislike. I don't even know much about the characters so far, or anything.. It's just, I'm disliking the acting and camera-work. o_o They remind me a hell of a lot of Smallville.

The ways that the cameras are positioned are not that pleasant on the eyes, and just seems really.. common looking, for lack of a better term. -o- The acting just.. is also annoying me. o_O I can't get into the characters, when it's obvious often that they're just acting. Meh. Here's to hoping that It'll improve slightly. :B I like the idea for the show, though.

The character's lines seem a bit forced, at times. Just not very natural, or even well written. o_o I'm at the scene with Peter and the one dude in the Taxi, and it's just.. awkward, and somewhat plot point-y. Not all of it, though. Not as bad as some other parts of the epi so far. -3-

I like Peter and his brother so far. -3- They seem like the most interesting characters, and the actors are good. Peter, for some reason, reminds me so much of Chris from Charmed. I'm not sure why - it might be the voice, or the hair, or the dress style, or his general personality. ONOES, HIS OLDER BROTHER = WYATT? >:D ... Though he isn't evil. And doesn't have pretty blonde locks. .. wtf, why does the Firefox spellchecker mark 'blonde' as incorrect? o_O Odd.

Anyway, the main charry that's pissing me off is the lady with the little kid. o_o No coherent reason why, just a gut feeling of wanting to bitch-slap her whenever she's on screen. Maybe it's 'cause she seems pretty stupid so far. The cheerleader girl is also annoying. -o- But I like her quite a bit more than the lady with the kid. Hiro is cool. :B

Blargh. I was reading a lot of LoM fanfics, and ended up reading some people's views on epi 2.08. So I decided to post how I feel about it, just 'cause maybe that'd actually help me figure out how I feel. xD Not quite sure, honestly, at the moment.

I'm torn. As much as I luffle Sam, and want him to have a nice life.. Well, the ending of 2.08 wasn't it. Sure, some people might be all, "WELL HE KISSED ANNIE AND JOINED BACK UP WITH HIS REAL FRIENDS IN A TIME THAT HE ENDED UP LIKING!".. but they're excluding the fact that he freaking JUMPED OFF A BUILDING. If I could have my perfect little LoM ending, he would have somehow ended up meeting people that he knew from his little trip down memory lane when he gets back to his correct time. -3- Maybe sometime not too long after he gets back. Sure, he had been in a coma, but somehow he also traveled in TIIIME! :D

So basically, I'd like him to end up back in the 'harsh cruelness' that is 2006 AND BE BETTER BECAUSE OF HIS TIME SPENT IN 1973. D: Not go and jump off a building, leaving behind his mother, and everyone else! >:( He should have gotten back to 2006, gotten out of the hospital, and decide to wonder: WHAT IF? What if the people were real in 1973, what if he actually had time traveled, etc. Then he'd maybe look them up. -3- And, I mean, sure, Gene would be pretty old, but he could possibly still be alive. XD And so could the rest of them. -3-

.. But damn, I just wondered how they'd be alive if Sam hadn't come back to shoot the gunmen. D: UM. MAAYBE.. THEY WERE REALLY LUCKY? 8DDD;;; *sticks with that theory.*

I liked the whole: OMGLOL YOU'RE SAM WILLIAMS!!! plot Plus, I liked the team having to deal with Sam's betrayal. :< Honestly, even the whole 'M.A.R.S.' cheesyness I can sit through. It's just that I wanted to PUNCH Sam in the face after he jumped. And.. I can't just make myself believe that the ending was happy. Dx I WANT TRULY HAPPY ENDING, if they're gonna fake it like that! Not 'WELL HE's HAPPY NOW! :D' ending, 'CAUSE HE'S DEAD. NOT HAPPY, BUT DEAD, INSIDE THE DELUSIONS OF HIS OWN MIND. While he's in reality Sam!mush. :<

.. OK IDEA. HE JUMPS... SAVES EVERYONE.. THEN GETS SHOT IN 1973 AND DIIIES!

.. but then he wakes up in the hospital. But I guess the building might be too high for him to have survived. Dx I need to check how tall it was, if they even show in the epi. Meh. BY SOME MAGICAL FATE HE SURVIVED. Then he somehow is snapped out of his stupidity of wanting to kill himself to get back to that time, and finds out that the people were real, and stuff, like I mentioned earlier in the post. -o-

.. And I should really stop, but while editing something, It'd be interesting if somehow he was living both lives at once. :B LIKE MAYBE.. WHEN HE SLEPT HE WAS IN 1973. :DD But I can't imagine Sam balancing out his lives. XD He'd end up sleeping and just losing his life in 2006. Though if he did, I'd love that. -3- He could be happy with still living out his little delusion world, and he wouldn't be in a coma/sam!Mush.

(It was either that, or Torchwood/Angel, which I think would be kickass, also. o_o Hey, both the crossovers will - eventually, at any rate- have James Marsters! 8D That's good. .. who in the hell would be Chris in a character comparison with Angel, though? o_0)

8D So then I was wondering if any of the characters were similar.. and it ended with me making a little table on who'd be who. -w-; I need to go read Chris-centric fic... I can't wait for Ashes to Ashes. :B

Besides, no one really fits Sam. :< SORRY, SAM! .. if it's any consolation, I've heard that the charry is gonna be a bit psycho? Maybe it's a perfect match! :B
Annie = Gwen, just 'cause she's a girl, and sorta newish to the team.. I guess.

So, I'm currently watching the Black Guardian arc of Doctor Who, and I really really like Turlough. He's amusing, but also it's nice to see a companion that isn't completely good at the beginning. >_>; I say that there should be someone like that in the New Series. I just watched Mawdryn Undead, and am gonna watch most likely at least part of Terminus. XD

It's weird, 'cause when I first saw Turlough - I forget where, actually - I didn't like him. o_o I think it was pro'lly just a picture of him that creeped me out. XD But he's grown on me. <3~

Bwahaha. For some reason, the scene with Tegan and Turlough where the thingy on the TARDIS just pops open when Turlough is acting all innocent is very entertaining.

I hate season breaks. They tend to make me lose interest in the fandom, just from lack of stuff to read/watch. Case in point- Avatar. I'm honestly not sure if I'll have the same amount of enthusiasm for the show when it comes back for season 3. :< I mean, sure, it's brilliant, but.. it's been way too long to wait. After about March or so, I sorta lost interest in the fanfiction but remained a little bit in the fandom. But there are only so many fanbrats you can deal with, and the amount of them in the Avatar fandom, compared to others, is quite big. There are also only so many fanfics you can see with the same boring plot, looking like they were written by talentless 9 year olds who just wanted to write it so Katara and have sex with Zuko.

It. Gets. Old. :<

Thankfully, though, DW is a lot better with season breaks. >_> The last epi of season 3 was aired on June 30th, and I think that season 4 will start somewhere around Christmastime. So that's only like 6 months. Compared to avatar's rumoured 10-coming-back-hopefully-in-Sept-fucking-months.

.. plus, I have like.. 40 years of DW to catch up with. Mainly the 4th and 5th Doctor. Plus books, if I can managed to haul myself out to the library.

SO ANYWAY... back to DW fic.~

Gaaaah. Percy looks so awesome in the green suit. @3@ And his hair looks just plain awesome! And everything. He just needs glasses. But, ahwell. I guess there shall never be Percy with glasses in the HP movies. T'is sad.

Anyway, Harry's hair looks pretty darn bad. Though I knew this before this piccy. Who in their right minds thought that that'd be the best haircut they could give 'em?

Another thing that I love about that picture is the scruff-holding of Harry. XD Man. This makes me sad that Percy WASN'T in Slytherin. Just 'cause.. somehow, the green looks really good. Not like a walking Christmas ornament at all.
